Less crowded than the valley&#8217;s other natural pools, the Vacca basins are easily accessible from the road. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Waterfalls, natural slides and turquoise pools are the ideal place to discover the Aiguilles de Bavella massif.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you like waterfalls, <a href=\"https:\/\/aiguillesdebavella.fr\/en\/the-purcaraccia-waterfalls\/\">the Purcaraccia waterfalls <\/a>are just around the corner from the Vacca natural pools. These are without doubt the island&#8217;s most famous waterfalls. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>The Solenzara natural pool &#8211; U Ponte Grossu<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the Fiumicelli and Vacca rivers gives rise to the Solenzara at the U Ponte Grossu natural pools. An ideal spot for a family swim. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Access: The natural pools are just beyond the U Ponte Grossu campsite. After the bridge, you&#8217;ll find a large parking lot. Parking for the natural pools is free.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Swimming in the heart of the Bavella massif will be an unforgettable part of your vacation in Corsica.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>The natural pools of Solenzara &#8211; U Rosumarinu<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>These are the first natural pools you&#8217;ll encounter on your way up the Solenzara valley. The U Rosumarinu natural pools are located at kilometer 7 of the D268 road. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Parking is available at the restaurant. A staircase leads from the parking lot to the riverbed.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>U Rosumarinu&#8217;s natural pools are very popular in summer. It rises at an altitude of 1145 meters in the commune of Quenza, in the heart of the Bavella peaks range.
